Hello, I understand you're facing a problem with your new PC. The system functions normally until startup, then the screen goes black during boot while the sound starts. No BIOS display appears. You've tried various cables, monitors, and even used integrated graphics, but the issue continues after resets. The monitor doesn't show any signal loss. It seems the problem might be related to display connectivity or power delivery. Consider checking the display cable, ensuring proper power supply, and testing with a different monitor if possible.

If you can start Windows and see the screen, get the newest driver for your device. Make sure both power connectors are connected to the card via the PSU and reposition them. https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html The "No Signal" warning indicates the monitor isn’t receiving any input. Experiment with different GPU ports—switch from Display Port to HDMI if needed. When using Integrated Graphics, remove the GPU; it will turn off built-in video when inserted. If it functions through Integrated Peripherals, the problem lies with the GPU and may require replacement.

No notable abrupt power drops or modifications observed. Consider refreshing or removing graphics drivers, and verify all connections are secure.

All systems are functioning properly until recently. The graphics driver is the latest version, and I performed a clean installation with ddu about a week ago. The cables appear to be in good condition; I've also tested various dp cables. My recent finding is that if I hear the Windows boot sound, unplug the dp cable and then plug it back in, I see an image.

I understand from my own experience that my primary display remains inactive during the entire startup process, staying off until the Windows login screen appears. My secondary monitor shows everything before the login screen fully loads. It might be connected?

Lack of a second screen. It's quite odd. Plugging and unplugging the display port cable a few times seems to help.
