Hey everyone, I've been facing a tough problem setting up my new rig over the last couple of months. Whenever I attempt to power it on, OCP activates instantly and it doesn't boot. I have to disconnect and reconnect the power cable for it to work again, otherwise nothing happens. I've tried different setups—using just the 24-pin, with RAM connected or not, even with the CPU removed—but the issue remains consistent. I've swapped out the motherboard and CPU, and updated the BIOS to the latest stable version (7D73v16). The only time it powers up is when the 24-pin is connected, the CPU isn't in the socket, RAM isn't present, and the CPU latch stays open. When I close that latch, OCP kicks back in. I've checked the PSU with a tester on another machine and it works fine there too. I'm really stuck since I've tried nearly everything and kept replacing parts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!

It seems like the RAM might be faulty, so try replacing each stick separately in different slots—preferably A2 and A4.
