It seems there might be some misunderstanding. The BIOS has been updated to the newest version, yet the problem persists.

The system is configured for UEFI with CSM support active and Fast Boot turned off. The USB was generated via the Media Creation Tool for UEFI. Attempting to boot from the USB using the F12 menu reproduced the previous problem.

If you can't bypass the logo, it's unclear whether the update remained intact or if you accessed the BIOS for a verified installation.

Consider applying the optimized defaults in the BIOS to resolve any clashes between RAM, CPU, Infinity Fabric and related components—it's a guess, but it could help. Right now, the problem isn't clearly defined. I recommend running MemTest86 on a USB stick. If nothing loads, including Windows installation media or MemTest86 itself, then the motherboard might be faulty.

Thanks everyone for your assistance. We've reached the point where it seems the CPU might be damaged because of overheating. My friend, who owns the PC, mentioned experiencing BSOD errors, stuttering, and intense heat before this failure.
