System starts up but fails to boot into BIOS.
I just completed assembling this PC and it started up, so I connected it to a monitor. The screen lit up briefly, then went dark. When the PC was off, the monitor displayed no signal. It looks like something is occurring, but the BIOS won’t load even though I pressed the menu buttons on the monitor. I’m pretty confident everything is properly seated and it’s connected to the GPU, not the motherboard.
Check if your motherboard includes status LEDs. These lights can indicate problems like GPU, boot issues, or CPU faults. Do you know the model of your motherboard?
Have you verified the monitor settings? It was a mistake on my first build, and I nearly had a heart attack before realizing the error.
