Adjust the BIOS settings or try a short CMOS recharge. Remember to unplug your PC completely. Use the newest BIOS update if possible. Ensure your RAM operates at its intended frequency. My system uses 3600MHz; without proper BIOS configuration, it attempts booting at 2666 and fails to start Windows. If this doesn’t help, you may need to reinstall Windows. Please keep the original CPU, back up vital data, and proceed with the reinstall.
