I just put in a fresh power supply, but the issue remains unchanged.
Have you attempted a CMOS reset? Consider trying to power it without using the case button—use a screwdriver to touch the powerbutton pins on the board. In the worst scenario, remove it from the case and test that way. Was it still connected during the two days? A storm or similar event might have caused a power surge.
It really made a difference. It seems the Power Switch cable might be damaged.
It might occur. You can obtain standard buttons that replicate the screen's behavior or inspect the connections to determine if they disconnected somehow.
