You're experiencing issues with your PC after moving. The power supply isn't sending signals to the display, and the backlight on the power button isn't working either. The GPU is recognized but not producing output, and HDMI shows no connection. You've tried checking the PSU, reseating the GPU, and testing RAM. It seems you might need to verify the motherboard connections or consider a hardware check.

Don't assume it's a motherboard issue unless the board itself is affected. Inspect the PCIe slot and connector on the card for any damage or movement that could have caused harm. If the card appears intact, test it in another PCIe slot. Check your monitor with another PC or computer to see if it functions properly. If you have another monitor, connect it to that one. Also, try disconnecting the power supply and holding the power button on your PC for about 20 seconds before attempting to boot again. Observe whether the PC boots up on the motherboard light. Finally, leave the PC on for 10-15 minutes to determine if that resolves any issues.

PCI-E and connectors appear fine, yet it doesn’t function in the other PCI x16 port. Left it on for nearly half an hour without success. I also disconnected the GPU completely and tried connecting only through the motherboard’s BIOS, but that didn’t work either. The Mobo power indicator lights up and all RAM slots show activity. Now it powers on with the power button, but shutting it down requires holding the machine.

No sounds except for the fact that I think beeps were never activated in BIOS during my previous sessions (startup beeps haven’t appeared at all).

I believe the need to keep it steady might be typical, something I experience occasionally myself. Do you have an extra motherboard, RAM, or CPU available? Are there any small indicators that show which boot stage is active? Does the device display a serial number?
