My computer fails to start consistently. Power is applied and fans activate with a beep, but no display appears and input devices remain inactive. Attempts to reset haven’t resolved the issue. The only workaround is disconnecting the power cable and CMOS battery for a short period to discharge components, after which it boots normally. This problem occurs unpredictably yet frequently. P.S.: I attempted a BIOS update but the specifications remain unchanged.

It might be a defective power supply unit, RAM, GPU, or CPU. The issue could stem from improper CPU installation or a retained plastic cover.

My guess would be that it's a thermal issue. Your components may be shutting off due to experiencing high temperature. Re apply your thermal paste and make sure there is nothing between the cooler and the IHS. That could be the plastic film on the cooler head, another cover of some sort, ETC.
