Outside of the storage, the specifications don’t stand out as unusually impressive. Perhaps the mention that a 6300 model can handle it is the only interesting detail.

It's almost identical to the minimum/maximum score from RDR2.

Typically, most games without extensive modding don’t reach 16GB yet, though XD it’s happening fast!

It seems the IGN piece was published a month ago after the Steam pre-order launched.

Both games utilize the Decima engine, so performance concerns shouldn't arise. Death Stranding operates well on average systems.

Death Stranding offers minimal "Action Dynamics or primary shooting and intense sequences" compared to Horizon's design. Horizon probably runs on a lighter CPU with a more powerful GPU, as indicated by the benchmark data in the trailer that combines performance numbers with hardware requirements.

However, while gaming isn't the sole activity using the PC, several factors can lead to RAM problems. Things like browsers, Discord, drivers, and various RGB controls running in the background often cause issues, especially on older Windows setups. The exact problem depends on your specific situation. I increased my RAM to 32GB because I frequently run multiple applications and tasks at once—even while playing games. Although 16GB worked fine for me, I often approached it near capacity, so upgrading made sense given how affordable RAM has become today.
