Your computer frequently shuts down and restarts, typically every 1 to 2 weeks. The Event Viewer shows a critical event with ID 41 during these occurrences. This might indicate a system issue worth investigating.

Sounds like issue with XMP. Turn XMP off and see if it gets better. Otherwise please provide more information like what kind of system it is, components what you're doing when it happens but it sounds like random events. Event 41 is just an event recorded after Windows haven't been properly shut down.
