Hello, I'm trying to assist someone with their computer that frequently crashes after about an hour of operation. They mainly use Chrome for browsing and checking emails, but the system becomes unresponsive with a black screen and some numbers in the bottom left (92 or 99 or both) before restarting. After logging back in, they experience a crash within 5 to 15 minutes, though it doesn't occur if they simply log in without doing anything. The crashes continue as long as they attempt to use the browser or perform other tasks, but the system resets when they shut it down. They mention using a Windows 10 system built around 10 years ago, originally with Windows 7, and have recently upgraded to Windows 10.

Details: MSI A88XIAC V2, THERMAL TAKE SMALL M850W 80 PLUS BRONZE power supply, AMD A-10 7850K CPU with RADEON R7, 16GB DDR3 RAM (2 x 8GB), SAPPHIRE NITRO R9 3804G GPU, and a 500GB SSD.

Any advice or support would be appreciated.

I upgraded to Windows 10 by reinstalling the operating system, not through a direct internal upgrade from Windows 7. I sourced the installer from a trusted provider to ensure reliability.

Thanks for the update. I was considering the PSU and observed that the fans on my GPU activate during crashes, likely due to power fluctuations from my faulty PSU. After removing the GPU, I'm now using the CPU as a GPU and it seems stable so far. In the end, I plan to install a new PSU and test it in my system with a video card to verify, but for now I'll get a fresh PSU for my next build. Thanks again.
