Hey, I've experienced a rare problem where my PC shuts down unexpectedly, especially during gaming sessions. It doesn't show any BSOD, just a sudden power cut. This seems to happen around 20% of the time, mostly in tough games like Baldur's Gate 3 and Remnant 2. It also occurred in Overwatch and For the King 1. My system runs Windows 11 version 10.0.22621 with a Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 3070, and other specs listed. I've upgraded RAM to 16GB and adjusted GPU clock speeds in hopes of reducing power draw, but it didn't resolve the issue. I'm not sure if my PSU is providing enough wattage for these specs. Could anyone help identify the cause? Any extra details would be appreciated.

No, there are no other events in Event Viewer besides Kernel Event ID 41.

Check the Windows Logs under Application or the specific Event Viewer section you're using.

What are your load temperatures? Does the system pass the PSU test in OCCT?

GPU and CPU perform well around 70°C during heavy use. Note: HWMonitor shows a max GPU hotspot reaching 85°C. Not very familiar with OCCT, but I’ll explore it.

There are a lot of events that are not Event ID 41. There is a bunch labeled information. I have attached the logs from Nov 13 where my pc turned off at 10:05 PM 13 nov log.evtx

Completed the 1-hour power stability test smoothly. No issues found. GPU handled peak load up to 72°C, CPU peaked at 59°C with a hotspot of 96.5°C. GPU power reached 240W, motherboard input/output around 60W.

No major issues detected. The focus should be on the WiFi card and the Blue mic, which showed one error during shutdowns—unlikely. The WiFi card only logs informational events, making it less probable. It suggests the device might not be installed or the installation is damaged. The message implies the WiFi card could be failing. Try disabling it to observe changes. Power supply seems more likely to be the cause, which is simpler to verify.
