Consider reviewing your system information. Restore to default settings if feasible or reset CMOS. Possible issues include low voltage reaching memory or GPU; disable XMP if it helps. If successful, increase memory voltage through BIOS. Was the faulty motherboard previously used for overclocking? Also examine CPU configuration details such as voltage and multiplier.

From what I grasp, the CMSL didn’t do much, but based on my limited knowledge I think it’s likely a low-voltage setup. I’m not sure about overclocking.
