You're dealing with the same issue again, right? I've sent the same question to the same place. It seems like the problem might be with Windows 10.

Set up Windows 10 in July 2016 could work better. I'm also installing this version now.

I don't need to reinstall Windows. It might be difficult, but there could be other options you haven't tried. I'm not sure where to find the issue, so I just took a screenshot.
