You're dealing with the same issue again, right? I've sent the same question to the same place. It seems like the problem might be with Windows 10.

I don't need to reinstall Windows. It might be difficult, but there could be other options you haven't tried. I'm not sure where to find the issue, so I just took a screenshot.
