System shuts down repeatedly during gameplay and recording sessions.
I began logging my gameplay on my PC, yet it doesn't necessarily restart when gaming or recording. It resets even during just the gaming session. Motherboard: Asus Rog B350-F Gaming Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X RAM: 16GB RIPJOWS + 8GB HyperX GPU: Zotac 3070 Ti Triple Fan SSC: Seagate Barracuda Q5 NVME M.2 The system shuts down when playing games. I experimented with numerous solutions and even had it inspected by several service providers, but nothing helped. Even older titles I've completed cause errors at times. I updated the GPU drivers without success. The repair technicians mentioned testing with a more robust power supply, yet it didn't resolve the issue. I tried different operating systems—Windows 10 and 11 alike—and still faced the same problem. After updating drivers, no improvement was seen. They suggested using a stronger PSU, but that didn't work either. Various troubleshooting steps were attempted: 1) I managed to play and finish Batman Arkham Asylum on my PC this time. However, connecting it to a 4K TV causes it to restart in seconds. Even with medium graphic settings, the game shuts down and restarts immediately. 2) For certain titles like Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, it restarts during the first logo load, displaying development and company logos before rebooting, but sometimes it appears cropped. 3) When playing Batman Arkham City, it behaves differently—like when a game plays a character greeting and gets stuck, then immediately restarts without warning, without a blue screen. Please assist me. I've spent a lot on testing and repairs, yet every expert gave conflicting advice.
