I tackled the issue myself. Scanned the basement and discovered a much older power supply—an Enermax Liberty PSU I purchased back in 2007 and kept in storage for over ten years. The problem disappears when it’s connected. I’m not sure if it’s smart to use a PSU that’s 17 years old, but it functions. For now. I’m considering stopping the Seasonic order.
