I assembled my system about a year ago. It has functioned smoothly until recently. When I tried to boot up, the PC would freeze between 20 to 60 seconds after logging in to Windows and required a restart for any changes. I attempted to adjust BIOS settings but it still freezes around 70%. I also reset the BIOS and tried restarting from Advanced Startup in Windows, but the issue persists. The hardware specs are: GPU - RTX 3070, CPU - i7-9900k, RAM - 32GB DDR4 at 3200MHz.

I'm unable to proceed. The system is freezing during startup and displaying the "Preparing" message.
