When I power on my PC, the fans (case and GPU) start spinning while RAM sticks and the AIO light up. The motherboard debug LEDs indicate a CPU issue, though the RGB lights sometimes appear during boot. It’s unclear if this matters, but the fans are active even when everything seems normal.
A failing CPU might prevent the system from starting up at all. In many situations, it stops the boot sequence when the PC is powered on, leaving the screen empty and only the fans or hard drive noises audible. You might still feel a keypress but the machine won’t respond.
It's possible the issue stems from improper fan connections rather than a damaged CPU pin.
