- Cooler: Deepcool Assassin 4S
- Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus (1 TB & 2 TB)

Now regarding the problem: while gaming or under load, my screen would go black and the GPU would appear off despite power being present. The fans wouldn’t spin, and a red indicator lit up. Everything else seemed normal—audio, discord, etc.—but after a short wait, the GPU would sometimes come back on. However, I still needed to restart the whole system to fix it.
Initially, I checked temperatures, which were within range (CPU max ~70°C, GPU max ~60°C). I suspected a power supply issue since PSU failures usually cause full shutdowns rather than just GPU failure. I downloaded OCCT and ran a stress test that lasted about four minutes before the same issue occurred.
Before jumping to conclusions, I wanted to confirm if there were any other underlying problems. Let me know your thoughts!

I’d consider buying it with the plan to return it and test its performance—just to confirm if it’s not a PSU. The other possibility might be the card itself, but I haven’t seen any signs of shutdown under load.
Is the PCi-E/12vHWP wire completely in place? With the two earlier ASUS models I own, the power wire should show a white light, while the red one indicates the PCIe cable wasn’t properly attached.
You're sure about the stability now? It looks like the bent 12V HWP cable on the GPU was the problem. I unplugged it and reattached it with enough length so it could bend softly, and the GPU has been working fine since then. Thanks for your support!
