System sent message but stopped at the post screen.
Hello everyone, I recently set up a new system and switched to Windows 10. About three days ago, after rebooting, the computer reported missing files for my motherboard's software, AI Suite III (Asus). I removed it and reinstalled. Two days later, after another restart, it automatically went through a Windows 10 Disk Check. It didn’t explain why, but it completed without issues. Last night, I ran disk checks on the main drives—boot and storage—found nothing wrong. Suddenly, a pop-up error appeared in Windows 10’s bottom-right corner, saying a driver was missing and asking to restart. This morning, when I powered on, the screen stayed stuck at the post screen even though it made a beep. What’s going on? Could my SSD be faulty? If so, how do I reinstall Windows 10 (the one I previously downloaded)? Is there a problem with my motherboard? How should I troubleshoot this? I’m worried because three hard drives failed within a month—replacing the motherboard didn’t help. Now I’m facing random file corruption issues again. Please share your thoughts.
It might be related to Windows 10. I’m not sure, but using it recently made my computer stop working properly and forced me back to an older version.
