I’ve disabled all programs, but the system remains active. I just got a fresh Windows 10 install two days ago, and I have a 240GB SSD and a 500GB HDD.

I have identical configurations for resolution, CPU, GPU, RAM, etc., but I receive 60-70 whereas they get 20-40.

These figures seem normal to me. It’s unlikely someone would achieve a 20% score with your CPU. You’re getting 70% CPU and 100% GPU—nothing to be concerned about.

they display the figures just a handful of times beyond 50 and my CPU stays consistently over 50.

I saw an entry in Task Manager about system interrupts. It’s using a high 96% CPU. I’m not sure what to do to fix it.

Perform a fresh installation using the DDU drivers for your graphics card and chipset. Interrupts occur due to poor hardware communication, so look for a BIOS update as well.
