Hey there, I understand this might not be the right place since I'm new to these forums. A friend suggested I share about some recent PC problems. I own a prebuilt Dell Inspiron 5675 gaming desktop. Recently, it keeps shutting down and restarting on its own—no "Windows is shutting down." It just stops mid-game or while listening to music, and the sound seems to drag or stutter before everything freezes. My monitors show "no HDMI signal from your device," then the Dell logo appears and it restarts. This happens sometimes when I'm using Chrome or playing Minecraft, not always during heavy tasks. I've updated the GPU drivers (AMD Radeon RX 560), checked the BIOS, and GPU temps are between 35-45°C. I'm still unsure what's causing it. My main concern is figuring out the problem before replacing the PSU. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Consider verifying the CPU temperatures. It might also be related to the power supply unit.

Start with the simplest steps: refresh drivers and verify temperatures. Should that fail, proceed by re-seating GPU, RAM, and CPU one at a time, observing if the issue resolves. Don’t forget to reapply thermal paste during CPU re-seating. If these attempts don’t help, consider reinstalling Windows or checking for hardware failure.
