Hello, I'm facing a problem that resembles the one discussed in another thread, though it lacks the random restarts. Since that doesn't contain a solution, I've posted my own update. A video is included to clarify my situation:

Problem: My PC boots normally during POST, but when loading the operating system—whether during the loading screen or at login—it crashes. The display goes dark and the machine restarts repeatedly. Notably, the orange and red BIOS indicators illuminate during the crash (similar to a traffic light turning red). After a reboot, the Windows recovery interface appears, indicating Windows didn't load properly, and I'm prompted to "Reboot my PC." This loop continues until it becomes stable enough for login.

I've already reinstalled Windows 10 countless times without success. The issue persists across platforms—Windows, Linux USB, and other Windows portable drives all cause crashes. I tried booting with just one RAM stick, but that didn't help. I attempted a Windows Safe Mode, which also resulted in the same outcome.

I ran memory tests (MemTest86) and an SSD diagnostic in BIOS, both showing no errors. There are no crash dumps or Event Viewer logs recorded. I've purchased new hardware—motherboard and power supply—but nothing has resolved the problem. I searched online extensively but haven't found a solution.
