The computer will power on briefly, then shut off again three times, and on the fourth cycle it stays on without turning off but shows no display. This happens on your new PC you built recently. Could someone suggest possible causes? Thanks!

Checked the specs and looked for any changes to BIOS settings that might have triggered the problem.

I haven't made any updates to the BIOS recently. The specifications remain the same, except for using the standard cooler instead of the one you found.
