System restarts following power-off event PCIe card linked to Wi-Fi/BT reboots after shutdown
Hello, I recently purchased the GC-WBAX200 (rev. 1.0) Gigabyte network adapter from Amazon and it’s functioning properly. The issue only appears when I attempt to shut down the PC, as it restarts automatically after installation. Could this be due to a faulty card or driver problems? I’d appreciate any suggestions to resolve the problem. Please let me know if you need more details.
I'd look into bios configurations for a wake-up feature, possibly within networking or PCIe settings.
I face the identical issue with the same card. After it powers on, everything works fine. Then it shuts down and enters a boot cycle, repeatedly restarting for about two seconds before stopping, continuously until you turn off the power supply. This behavior occurs both when booting normally and after removing the card. I could replace the card, but this seems like an unnecessary hassle. In the video I was talking to a Dutch friend, don’t worry about the language, but can you observe it doing this? VID-20201210-WA0006.mp4
