System details and troubleshooting notes have been recorded. The setup includes an AMD Catalyst 23.9.1 chipset, G.Skill 5600MHz RAM, and a Super Flower Leadex VII Gold 1000W PSU. BIOS version is F9d with three updates. A Windows 11 Pro 22H2 OS is installed on a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX BIOS system. Performance issues were observed during gaming, with crashes occurring intermittently. A specific crash location was identified in Starfield, accompanied by visual and audio anomalies. Monitoring data indicates the PC reboots frequently, and the issue persists across different operating environments.

It seems the PSU safeguards might be triggered. I’d check the GPU first, since I’ve seen similar issues with the 1080Ti voltage setting. The RMA confirmed it, so testing or handling an RMA would be a good next step.

Have you executed Memtest? It’s a downloadable tool that checks your memory in detail. There might also be issues with your graphics card or processor. Many causes can lead to such problems.

Completed after four passes and more than three hours. Oddly, tests 11 and 12 were omitted. Unclear what this indicates. MemTest86-Report-20230928-110804.html MemTest86-20230928-110736.log

It occurred in Cyberpunk too. I believed the issue stemmed from the game itself because I heard it had bugs. The temperatures look normal to me—I included a hwinfo csv/xlsx file from before the reboot in the original post. I removed and reinstalled the GPU and all power cables, and switched the PSU, making it unlikely anything is faulty.

Sure, I'm here to check if that was the issue.

A new GPU arrived and was kept running at a previously known unstable point for half an hour. No issues detected. So far everything is fine. I plan to continue for a week, and if no further problems arise I’ll note it as resolved. Notably, the older model reached its maximum power consumption of 256W, while this new one draws up to 280W. EDIT 2 weeks later: Playing various games without any trouble confirms the replacement was effective. Thanks everyone.
