PC Age: 1-2 years | GPU: 6 Months old | All other parts: 1 year | Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 6-core processor, 3080 Vision Aorus x570, Wi-Fi 6, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 4TB HDD, 1TB M.2, stock AMD cooler, Cosair RM750x, Windows 10 21H2, BIOS F31o, OS version.

Occasionally (every few months), my system experiences a sudden crash while I’m using it for tasks like gaming, browsing, or video editing. It restarts automatically, but the process often ends abruptly—no BSOD, just a black screen. After restarting, it crashes around 10–15 times. Sometimes it freezes into a lock screen, gets stuck halfway through a password, or locks out after a few seconds. The Event Viewer shows errors like dropped audit events and system instability.

During reboots, the PC fails to shut down cleanly; it restarts without warning. This could stem from the system stalling, crashing, or losing power unexpectedly. The error logs indicate issues with the transport layer and kernel, possibly related to power management or driver problems.

I skipped the repeated warnings, sometimes they disappear during quick restarts, but delays can occur if it takes longer. During these intervals, the PC functions well and passes all stress tests I applied. It runs smoothly at full capacity. Usually, after a 30-minute break and returning, everything works. However, overheating isn’t an issue—long-term stress tests were completed, and temperatures were monitored during short periods without rest. This also happens when browsing the internet.

You're facing an issue where your Intel build crashes immediately when idle, even though it runs smoothly while playing games. The system freezes after just 15 minutes without a load. You've already adjusted the dummy load settings without success.

It seems there might be a problem with the driver or a weak power connection. Look for any devices flagged with errors in Device Manager and expand their options to check for issues. If needed, reinstalling the driver for that device could help. Additionally, verify the internal connections within the system itself.

There were no mistakes. Everything was put back together carefully, and I reinserted the GPU. I didn’t remove the cooler or the CPU because I don’t have thermal paste right now.

I’d check virus scans since it looks like a network program attempting to obtain local service privileges. All applications, except drivers, are running at startup?

Thanks, I'm dealing with many apps launching at startup too.

I verified every internal power chord previously, but it didn’t make a difference.
