Have you checked every stick individually? Does it display 4GB on its own? That seems odd since there’s no BIOS for VRAM or RAM. Are you asking if you should update the BIOS of the motherboard?

Avoid making changes without trying simple fixes first. A damaged RAM stick won’t help, so check basic steps before altering BIOS settings. 8 GB equals 8192 MB.

You experienced the same issue before. The RAM module was faulty. Try installing each one separately to identify the defective one.

Attempted the fix and RAM boots now, also tried on various dimmers and it functions properly.
