Hey everyone! I installed a GTX 1650 under my RTX 4070 and it’s now stuck in a boot loop. No matter which GPU I remove, the issue persists. My system runs an i7 9700k with a GIGABYTE H370 HD3 motherboard and a 550W PSU. It was fine before, but now it won’t start properly.
