My new computer was showing blue screens during startup and installations, making it hard to reset. I tried the tutorial you found, but it kept looping endlessly. Any advice?

I tried to reset my computer, delete everything, and begin fresh, but couldn't do it. I looked up the issue online, watched a video, and now I'm stuck in this cycle, unable to access my PC beyond the safe boot.

Reg edits should definitely not be included in a Windows OS installation.
I haven't seen that video (and won't), but whatever the advice was, it wasn't what you were looking for.
