System rcraid.sys encountered issues
She needs some guidance on getting her computer running again. After checking the boot screen and seeing the rcraid.sys error, she tried a reset command but it didn’t help. Her machine is stuck in safe mode and she’s worried about a full reset, especially with the X570pro motherboard and Ryzen 7 chipset. Since updating drivers isn’t an option, she’s stuck without clear solutions.
I think there could be several drives using RAID. The rcraid.sys driver for AMD RAID might be damaged or outdated. Also, check what the motherboard's debug lights or codes indicate. Have you updated the BIOS yet? You should be able to boot from it if needed.
You just completed the BIOS update and it restarted, but the system didn’t boot properly. The motherboard’s boot light was yellow and stayed off, while the CPU light turned red. The error code displayed was SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. You can still view the BIOS, but you’re unsure what adjustments to make.
I tested every RAM stick and even used mine in her computer, but nothing changed. I cleaned the heatsink and still saw no improvement. I also removed all USB devices without success.
