The PC was checked before installing the case and started up correctly in BIOS with all components visible. The BIOS on the motherboard is up-to-date for AMD’s Ryzen 5000 series. After placing the computer inside the case, it powered on but no display appeared. On the debug LED, a white light indicates the CPU is active, though it doesn’t seem to appear consistently (it was present during initial testing). I attempted to reset the BIOS, re-seat RAM, CPU, and SSD, changed cables, swapped monitors, tightened connections, and even removed the motherboard from the case. Still unsure what further steps are needed.

You haven’t noted resetting the GPU—did you? Also, try connecting a monitor to the iGPU to check the output.

Edit: From your parts list, it seems you’re likely using an integrated solution instead of a discrete GPU.

The only idea that comes to mind is testing a separate GPU to verify if your integrated graphics are functioning properly...

Could the integrated graphics card be turned off?

You checked the CPU for bent pins, but maybe the motherboard was harmed during installation. Consider if there were any damage or shorts when fitting it into the case.

I've verified multiple times. The CPU indicator is illuminated (white) on the motherboard, yet the processor appears normal.

Sure, you could test it with another board if possible. Otherwise, I'm not sure what to do next.
