I've tried to check for similar configurations but haven't found anything matching. It seems this issue is pretty typical on Windows 10, though when I start up my desktop the CPU usage jumps to 100% and stays high for around ten minutes. My system runs an AMD A6 9500 radon r5,8 with two cores at 3.5 GHz on a gigabyte GA320M S2H motherboard, no graphics cards, and four mechanical hard drives powered by a Corsair CV 450 power supply. It's not the most powerful setup I know. Hope you can assist, Toby.

Running a clean session would help isolate which program is using the most CPU power.
