You're experiencing performance swings in FIFA and GTA V despite stable system usage. Minimizing the game seems to cause GPU spikes while CPU drops, leading to lower FPS. This also occurs during certain in-game scenarios like entering a garage or after extended play. The issue may be related to background processes or resource contention when minimizing. The error code 1050 on your i3-9100F suggests a memory or driver problem that could be exacerbated by these changes.

It continues to occur. I've also tested with Overwatch, but it doesn't happen for me. I should mention that GTA and FIFA are stored on the HDD, whereas Overwatch is on the SSD.

Consider relocating one of those games to the SSD to check for any impact on performance.
