System performance dropping unexpectedly

I was browsing YouTube when my computer started slowing down significantly. Only three applications were running. Opening Task Manager revealed that my RAM usage was at 99% (8GB) and the SSD was full. Assistance is needed.

Check the task manager for programs consuming excessive memory. Look for applications with high RAM usage and consider closing or optimizing them.

Did you unintentionally start a stream or recording? Someone else used Invidia's GeForce Experience with a hidden hotkey to activate it.

I don't agree with that. I only play a few games for fun. I don't record or share them.

I didn’t have to do anything. I turned on Nvidia Shield without noticing. Someone else here might have faced the same problem recently. Clearly, there’s something happening that you’re unaware of.
