I'm experiencing problems with my Ryzen 7 5800X. Within a minute of use, the CPU temperature reaches over 90°C, even though I see only light usage in Task Manager and minimal activity in the CPU utilization bar. It feels like the system is idle despite being under heavy load. I've tried resetting the BIOS, cleaning the thermal paste, reapplying it, changing the AIO cooler, updating drivers, and adjusting Windows updates to limit processor usage. However, the issue persists even when I set the max processor state to 50% and use passive cooling. The temperatures remain high, and I can't capture screenshots because the PC stays on for too short a time. All monitoring tools are open without background apps. Over the past few months, the system has run smoothly without major changes until this point. During brief periods when core load drops to 5-10%, it cools quickly by 30-40°C, suggesting a cooling problem rather than CPU failure. Here are my full specs and a rating from a previous benchmark by User Benchmark a few weeks ago.

94º at 5% usage seems unusual, but it's not completely out of the ordinary. I only added User Benchmark to display all specifications, and included performance results to confirm everything functions properly. It was just a test run so I didn't have to list each part individually.
It seems your cooler isn't working properly or is not installed correctly. If you pay attention, you should be able to hear the pump running.

Check the startup section in Task Manager and disable any unwanted apps before restarting your PC and verifying again.
