The PC you mentioned has undergone several upgrades over the past few years—new power supply, SSDs, additional drives, and an AIO cooler replacement. Since February 2020, it’s experienced sudden freezes during both heavy and light usage, without any crashes or error messages. Despite checking temperatures, temperatures appear normal, and no logs were found in Windows Event Viewer. The issue seems to occur randomly, regardless of workload.
