I wasn't certain where this subject would lead. I apologize ahead of time! I recently set up a gaming PC a few months ago and have been using it regularly. Occasionally, when I power off or restart, my desktop displays the GAME REALM logo before locking up. The only solution is to restart the computer. The main question is what's behind this problem and how can I avoid it in the future? Thank you!

It appears to be frozen, no active loading logo visible.

It's essentially a display without the loading bar at the bottom. Just received it from Google.

You might also attempt to spam f8 to access advanced repair options. Choose "Refresh your PC" unless you want to delete information, or "Reset your PC" to wipe everything and reinstall your system. (Success isn't assured)
