You have an older PC acting as a NAS/media server. A power outage occurred last night, and it won’t boot this morning. The power indicator above the pins is flashing, but the power button remains unresponsive. You’ve tried some guides about fixing "dirty power," but nothing worked. Could you consider removing the PSU and testing another unit?

I believe the power disruption may have damaged the PSU, making a replacement the most sensible option.
