Hey, I see you've been dealing with a tricky issue for a while now. From what you described, it sounds like there might be a compatibility or thermal problem. The motherboard and chip passed testing at Gigabyte, but your PC isn't booting and the heat is building up quickly. Even after sending the processor to Intel, who confirmed it's fine, the problem persists. It seems like the hardware itself appears to be working, but something is preventing the system from starting properly. You might want to check the cooling setup, ensure the power supply is stable, and maybe try a different case or cooler if possible. Let me know what you find next!

The processor heats up when it’s working hard; you can spot it by checking for no response or delay. If the cooler isn’t attached and you’re physically touching it, that’s a clear sign of overheating.

The cooler was active, I took it off, switched off the PC, and checked the processor.

Checked with various configurations—single RAM module and without a GPU—to determine if posting was possible.

I'm experiencing the same problem again. Have there been any updates?
