I recently purchased these components for a computer I'm constructing, but I haven't been able to view any images or access the BIOS. The attempts I made were to relocate the RAM sticks from slots one and two to three and four, then use just one stick. Nothing worked with the graphics card connected to the graphics card slot. I tried removing the graphics card and connecting it to a monitor on the motherboard, but that also didn't produce any output. The motherboard's red light is on, and I'm certain the power button must be held to shut it down—normally it turns off with one tap, just like on my other machine if it's malfunctioning. All fans are functioning properly, and the hard drive seems to be working. I'm unsure if I made the incorrect connections or if something was misplaced. At this point, I'm not sure what's happening. The graphics card model is a PNY GTX 4060 with 8GB GDDR6 memory, 7680 x 4320 resolution, PCIe 4.0, and supports full-height displayport 1.4a and HDMI 2.1. The power supply is an RMx Series RM1000x, rated at 1000 watts with 80 PLUS Gold certification.

Hello, Ram should be placed in slots 2 and 4. I'm not suggesting that's the solution, but I understand you want your RAM in those positions. Are the primary power cables for the CPU connected? The top left corner of the motherboard should have two 8-pin power connectors for power, though they're hard to see clearly in the photo—it looks too dim there. A clearer image would be helpful. Take care and best of luck.

Consider resetting the BIOS by checking the motherboard for a jumper. Also, you might want to remove the CMOS battery.

I resolved the RAM issues and now the VGA indicator is lit. The top section has a 4 and a 6 pin configuration.
