My computer reports it's not current and lacks update choices. I tried using the Windows 10 Update Assistant but didn't see any changes. Please refer to the attached image. After clicking 'check for updates,' the same message reappears.

Disregard it, it's merely Windows functioning as Windows. If an update is available, it will handle it automatically.

You can disregard the blank update message if it appears. It often clears by itself.
