I am working with a Ryzen 3 2200G and an ASUS Prime B350M-K motherboard equipped with 8 GB DDR4 RAM. Recently, I noticed in the BIOS that my RAM frequency was set to 1866 MHz instead of the rated 2400 MHz. I adjusted it to match the specification. After exiting the BIOS, the screen went black and the system failed to boot. Now the monitor turns on but shows "no signal." Please help me.

Based on your CPU, you should be able to remove the RAM and start the BIOS.

Perform a CMOS reset to return the BIOS to its original settings.
