Not too long ago I assembled my PC and encountered some issues with the EXPO profile of the RAMs (Kingston 2 x 32gb cl30 6000mhz). After adjusting settings in the BIOS (ASRock B850 Riptide WiFi) following guidance from ASRock support, I changed the Processor ODT Impedance to 60ohm during OC Tweaker/DRAM Configuration/DRAM Bus Control while the EXPO profile was active. I also raised the SoC voltage to 1.25V and enabled SoC/Uncore OC mode via the AMD Overclocking page. It functioned properly—no BSOD or crashes occurred, though I did encounter a "boot device dysfunctional" error during startup (green or yellow-green light on the motherboard). Once I restarted the PC a few times, it worked fine without issues.

However, today I’m unable to boot my computer. All attempts failed: clearing CMOS, removing RAM modules one by one, changing slots, using a BIOS flashback, updating BIOS versions, and even disabling USB devices didn’t help. The system always shows a solid green light but keeps reporting the same error.

Could someone assist me or clarify which part might be faulty?
PC details:
- Specs: 9800x3d, ASRock B850 Riptide WiFi
- RAM: Kingston 2 x 32gb cl30 6000mhz
- GPU: PNY RTX 5080
- Storage: SN850x 2TB, KC3000 2TB
- Cooler: Corsair RM850X
- OS: Windows 11 Pro

Pc specs:
9800x3d,
ASRock B850 Riptide WiFi,
Kingston 2 x 32gb cl30 6000mhz,
PNY RTX 5080,
Sn850x 2tb,
Kc3000 2tb,
Win 11 pro
Make and model of your PSU were not mentioned. Have you attempted to run the system without the discrete GPU? Did you check the CPU socket for any burns or blistering?
