It's my first time posting here, so I'm hoping I'm in the right spot. Let me clarify what happened. I launched the game I wanted to play—Division 2 on Steam. It usually takes a while for the actual game to launch, so I was watching a YouTube video in the background. Once it started, my PC crashed and the video stopped playing too. I tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete but it didn't help. I also tried Alt+F4, thinking maybe just the game was crashing. Eventually, I turned off my PC by pressing the power button. Now when I restart it, I see a "Boot failure detected" screen (see image below). When I try to select options or click away, it doesn't work at all—even though I can click on them normally. I thought my keyboard might be faulty, but it worked fine on my school laptop.
I explored further and checked the Gigabyte BIOS manual. It seems entering wasn’t the correct method to select items. The instructions mention things like arrow for moving selection bars and F1 for general help, but they don’t function properly. It looks like the main problem is that none of the function keys are working.
Wow, I just did something and it actually worked! I had no idea what I pressed on my keyboard. I’m really happy my PC is still running.
