Earlier today I was playing CS:GO when the game suddenly stopped working. It brought me back to my desktop and displayed an error message. After clicking OK, my screen flashed several times—similar to a window refresh and icons loading again. I found a video on YouTube suggesting I reinstall or re-download CS:GO to fix the issue. I decided to give it a shot, but Steam wouldn’t launch at all, and the game crashed along with it. I tried accessing my Steam folder on my Crucial MX100 SSD, but the entire drive disappeared from my file explorer (on Windows 10). After rebooting and entering BIOS, it didn’t appear there. It felt like I’d lost my 256GB SSD after just a few months of use. Eventually, I re-plugged the SATA 3 port and power cable, turned on the PC, and everything worked normally again. Have you ever experienced something similar?

You've encountered the auto-disconnect alert before, as the SWF file became damaged.

That sounds like a typo or a misunderstanding. Did you mean something else?

He purchased it about a year ago, and he mentioned the SSD remains functional, which is positive.

It means the motherboard initially fails to recognize the device, then later detects it—this behavior is unusual and may indicate an issue.

It's all about CS:GO. My graphics card stays below 60°C during peak performance at 1080p, and the Crucial SSD is the best storage option for my setup. Artifacts are rare in GTA5 too.

He seems unlikely to succeed, yet he still manages to put some effort into it.

I believe it might be an issue with Steam, not my own account. I only have games there, so it wouldn't be a major problem if it did occur. This confirms it's okay.
