You're experiencing persistent memory testing on your new PC. To better understand the problem, consider checking the BIOS version, ensuring it matches the latest updates. Verify RAM compatibility and try reseating all components. Inspect the CMOS battery for proper power supply. If issues persist, run a hardware diagnostic or consult manufacturer support with detailed specs.

It seems the specific component isn't listed as compatible, yet a higher frequency is supported. The chance of real incompatibility depends on the exact part and its requirements.

Unlikely, G.SKILL has saved memory for the motherboard. Refer: https://www.gskill.com/qvl/165/326/15822...28GTZN-Qvl Concern, it should start up with JEDEC speeds, not the higher XMP rates. JEDEC speeds are typically under 3200 MT/s.

I followed every instruction in the manual. There are no additional machines available for testing the RAM or any other RAM here.

Ensure all USB and front panel components are removed. Install the single DIMM in slot A1 following the ASUS ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha guide. Check the torque on the CPU bolts—if it doesn’t hold, try cycling the DIMM. If the system still won’t boot, hardware failure is likely.

Have you considered sharing with reduced storage, such as just a couple of drives?

Check the locations of the listed switches. Also confirm: RSVD OFF, Slow Mode OFF, M.2_3 ON, FS Mode OFF, LN2 Mode, Jumper settings for pins 1 and 2.

I have one stick in the A1 position (the label says A2 but the manual says A1) and everything else is disconnected. All front panel, etc., connectors are unplugged. All M.2 drives are removed. I'm testing them one by one now.

Identical outcome achieved with every stick. Each switch and jumper follows the outlined setup.
