I’m experiencing issues where my system freezes when trying to launch new applications, making it unsuitable for gaming. There don’t seem to be clear signs of resource usage increases. I’ve installed Windows 10 from scratch, applied the newest drivers and chipset updates, updated my BIOS settings, and verified system integrity. All components appear to be in good condition—BIOS, XMP settings, OS health checks. My setup includes the latest graphics card and storage drives. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Times have stayed below sixty percent. I observed this when launching a Discord client and it started lagging.

Running DDU helps maintain stability, but once drivers are installed the problem persists. I've attempted to pause Windows during driver installation and then install the newest drivers, yet the same issue continues.

After installing my 2060S, the same issue shows up—GPU spikes and no throttling. It seems unrelated to the PCIe lane.

Changing to the second PCIe lane appears to have fixed the issue. Appreciate the advice.
