Interesting. I'm still scanning the options, but these two links were at the top and covered similar topics. I linked them first. The rest seem redundant, missing details, or come from sources I wouldn't recommend clicking on.

I located the file, but there are numerous items such as predatorsense profile and launcher. There seems to be an issue with opening certain files.

Hey there. PredatorSense on my Helios Neo 16 stopped working suddenly. It wasn’t showing anything and was displaying MUI_Undetected. Here’s what I did to fix it. From Acer support: download the Predator Sense Installer from their site, extract it, then run setup. After setup, go to the C drive in the Program Files folder and you’ll see the Predator Sense file. Click it and it will list a Prerequisites folder. Copy all other folders from that extraction and run setup again—it will uninstall, then reinstall automatically. That should work! Let me know if it helps.
