Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. There seems to be a problem with my two RAM sticks when connected in dual channel mode (A2,B2) but not in single channel (B1,B2). I'm unsure why the recommended slots don't work as described in the motherboard manual. Could anyone suggest a solution? Thanks!

Consider your A2 position might not be ideal. Use one RAM stick per slot, even the A2 slot.

Remove the CPU cooler and attempt once more if needed; reinstall the CPU and avoid using the cooler next time.
